Shipping policy

Do Note that many items are custom made when orders come in. Allow approximately 2 weeks for the order to ship. You will get an e mail confirming your order as well as an email when the order is ready to ship along with a tracking number.  All orders are insured.

Most orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Please be advised that due to the ongoing COVID situation we may see delays in shipping arrival dates.  We have no control over third party carriers but we will make sure that we follow up on where the item is as soon as it leaves our shop.
